2. PSNS Social Publisher

PSNS Social Publisher is a private tool for approved operators. It can connect authorized social accounts and submit content or publishing instructions to supported third-party platforms. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant and the content you ask the service to process or publish. You must have all rights and approvals required for that content and must follow applicable law and each platform’s terms.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use our services to access an account without authorization, publish unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities, abuse platform APIs or violate third-party rights.

5. Third-party services

Social platforms and other third-party services operate under their own terms, availability and review processes. PSNS does not control those services and is not responsible for their outages, API changes, account decisions or content moderation actions.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to operate our services reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, maintenance or product development.

7. Intellectual property

PSNS owns its website, service software, branding and related materials, excluding content and third-party materials supplied by users or platforms. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to PSNS.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties. PSNS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services or third-party platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke connected accounts at any time. PSNS may suspend access for security, legal, platform-policy or misuse concerns.
