PSNS Global builds and operates digital products and private tools. References to “PSNS,” “we,” “us” or “our” in this policy mean PSNS Global.

This public website does not create user accounts and does not use advertising trackers. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security and reliability.

When an approved operator uses PSNS Social Publisher, we may process:

• account and workspace details supplied by the operator;
• social platform account identifiers and profile information returned by the platform;
• authorization tokens and permissions needed to provide the requested connection;
• content, captions, media, schedules and publishing status supplied for publication; and
• security, audit and error records necessary to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate authorized account connections, prepare and publish content at an operator’s direction, display publishing status, maintain security, troubleshoot failures and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Social platforms and service providers

When an operator requests an action, relevant information is sent to the selected social platform under that platform’s terms and privacy rules. We may also use infrastructure, hosting and security providers that process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the authorized workflow, security, legal obligations and reasonable backup periods. We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

Operators can revoke a connected account from the relevant platform or ask PSNS to remove the connection and associated information. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information we control.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the current version and effective date on this page.
